Parcels Along Montauk Highway Sold

A group of three parcels on Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst were recently sold for $6.9 million to a group of local investors, according to a report on Long Island Business News. (subscription required)

Covering properties along East Montauk Highway that includes a closed boat dealership, multi-family home and an office building, the parcels were purchased by 20-36 East Montauk Highway LLC, from Matrix Group.

According to the report, Matrix originally purchased the properties, which sit at the corner of Wellwood Avenue, for $4.15 million.
