Community Workshop

• The Lindenhurst Board of Education has sets three workshops for the community, plus set an upcoming special meeting to alert residents and parents to its decision about how it'll fill the vacant seat. The first is set for tonight at 8:30 p.m. at the McKenna Administration Building, and that'll feature an insurance presentation. The next one about special education is set for December 19 at 7:15 p.m. at McKenna, following the special meeting at 7 p.m. The third one about curriculum is set for January 9 at McKenna at 7 p.m.
