Astacio, 40, was charged with burglary in the June 3 incident, and has been released on $2,500 bail, the NY Post report further noted.

In addition, a New York Daily News report noted FBI is investigating whether or not Astacio is part of a burglary crew that pulled off other capers in New York City, as well as probing whether or not he's committed any crimes or was involved in corruption during his years as a vice cop and sex-crimes investigator.
