School Bus Hits Lindenhurst Home
No injuries reported after bus mechanics failed causing it crash into a home.
There no reported injuries after a school bus reportedly crashed into a Lindenhurst home on Thursday morning.
According to FIOS1, a school bus crashed through the fence and ripped the siding off of the home at 603 North Kings Avenue after the driver reportedly lost control.
Suffolk County Police told FIOS1 there were no injuries related to the crash from the driver or homeowners.
The bus, owned by Educational Bus Transportation, did not have students on board at the time of the crash.
The accident was likely "mechanical" police said.
