LINDENHURST, NY—The Suffolk County Police Department is advising motorists of traffic congestion in Lindenhurst during the Lindenhurst Local Music Festival.

The Lindenhurst Local Music Festival takes place Saturday, May 11 at 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Town Square on Wellwood Avenue and East Hoffman.

The First Precinct advises motorists to use alternate routes to avoid "traffic congestion and possible heavy traffic."
