Traffic Advisory For Lindenhurst St. Paddy's Day Parade: What To Know

LINDENHURST, NY — Suffolk County Police are advising motorists of road closures for the St. Lindenhurst Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 25.

Portions of Wellwood Avenue and Hoffman Avenue will be closed at 9:30 a.m. for an extended period of time.

The second annual parade begins at Fireman’s Memorial Park and travels west on Hartford Street to Wellwood Avenue and south to Lindenhurst Middle School.

Bands, community groups, and even adoptable shelter dogs are expected to walk in the parade.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
