"Major renovations need to be done on the Center, but right now we're just getting the basic structural fixes done," Village Administrator Cullinane said, adding the last time the approximately 75-year-old building Center was renovated was in the late 1980s.
The Village acquired the building in the early 1970s after it served as an elementary school.
