Hour-long classes will be held every Monday and Saturday at Cedar Beach beginning June 1 until August 19.

Monday classes begin at 5:30 p.m. and focus on Dharma 1, a series of postures designed to build strength and flexibility.

On Saturday, class starts at 9 a.m. and practice Dharma Gentle, a restorative approach focusing on control and relaxation. Both classes are appropriate for advanced and beginner yogis, and are taught be certified instructors.

Classes are held rain or shine.

The cost for Babylon Town residents is $15 for a single class or $120 for 12 classes. Non-residents will pay $17 for a single class or $144 for 12 classes.

Participants are encouraged to wear layered clothing and bring along a yoga mat, towel or sheet, water, sunscreen, and a hat.
