Traffic will be restricted on the Atlantic Beach Bridge on Tuesday and Wednesday for repairs to its bascule leafs.
The Nassau County Bridge Authority said the bridge will be closed "as part of our continuing efforts to keep our facility in the best possible condition."
Repairs will be conducted between the hours of midnight and 5 a.m. Traffic will be allowed through between 12:50 to 1 a.m., 1:50 to 2 a.m. 2:50 to 3 a.m. and 3:50 to 4 a.m. Traffic restrictions will end at 5 a.m.
