Crimes Nearby: Vandalism, DWI, Traffic Violations

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Oceanside     

• Nicholas Natal, 26, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at Long Beach Road and Daly Boulevard in Oceanside on July 27.                      

• Clemente Rivera, 39 of Chesterfield NJ, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and four violation of vehicle and traffic laws at Long Beach Road in Oceanside on July 23.

• The rear window of a 2012 Honda CRV was broken at Bayfield Boulevard in Oceanside between July 22 and 23.

• Flowerpots were damaged at a home on Moore Avenue in Oceanside on July 22.

• A chain-link fence was damaged at Sunnyside Road in Oceanside on July 27.

• A 2011 Chevy and 2004 GMC were damaged in a parking lot at Merle Avenue School, at 145 Merle Ave., in Oceanside between July 26 and 29.

Lido Beach                                                                               

• Richard Finlayson, 21, of Farmingdale was arrested and charged with driving without a license and one violation of a vehicle and traffic law at Lido Boulevard and Greenway Road in Lido Beach on July 24.           

•  An unknown suspect damaged 11 oceanfront cabanas on Ocean Boulevard in Atlantic Beach between July 22 and 23. 

Island Park

• A side-view mirror on a 1996 Isuzu was damaged at Alabama Avenue in Island Park between July 26 to 29.
