LONG BEACH, NY — When the oceanfront penthouse at The Aqua had its recent closing, history was made. It became the highest resale price that sold for a condo in Long Beach history, according to public records and MLS closings.
The final price for the condo at 403 E. Broadwalk was $2,480,000 and was listed by Thomas Tripodi and Cynthia Altkin of Douglas Elliman.
The property offers stunning views of the Atlantic with its three-bedroom and 2.5 baths on the inside.
