Workers lay down the tropical hardwood decking on the Long Beach boardwalk between Magnolia and Laurelton beached Friday morning. Grace Industries, the firm hired to rebuild the 2.2-mile structure on the South Shore, has until July 23 to complete the sections between Long Beach and Laurelton beaches, the contracted 100-day milestone for that phase of reconstruction.
