Police Report: Arrests for Arrest Warrant, False Personation
LBPD blotter on Long Beach-related incidents.
The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate convictions.
- Indony P. Jean-Batiste, 23, of Amityville was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at East Broadway and Riverside Boulevard on July 18.
- George A. Smalley, 55, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at West Olive Street and National Boulevard on July 18.
- Fitzroy Richardson, 56, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with an active arrest warrant at East Park Avenue on July 16.
- David J. Marvin, 22, of Saint Albans was arrested and charged with false personation at Lincoln Boulevard and East Penn Street on July 20.
- Dustin S. Williams, 19, of Hempstead was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration at Long Beach Boulevard and Shore Road on July 19.
