Police Report: Arrests for Assault with Weapon, Disorderly Conduct, Trespass

- Daniel Marshall, 66, a homeless person, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass at Minnesota Avenue on June 26.
- Kathy Martello, 53, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI at Shore Road and Franklin Boulevard on June 26.
- Raul Rodriguez, 23, of Far Rockaway was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license on West Park Avenue on June 26.
- Lequan Fulford, 21, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal trespass at Dogwood Court on June 27.
- Beatrice Serrano, 25, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, and unlawful possession of marijuana at West Beech Street on June 29.
- Richard Gillis Jr., 32, of Oceanside was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license at East Park Avenue and Riverside Boulevard on June 29.
- Susan Merolla, 49, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at East Park Avenue on June 29.
- John Schaeffer, 42, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at East Park Avenue on June 29.
- Ramesh Ramotar, 51, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction at West Market Street on June 30.
- Jaclyn Cartagena, 35, of Richmond Hills was arrested and charged with possession of a forged instrument in Richmond Hills on June 28.
