Police Report: Arrests for Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, DWI

• Shane Crowley, 22, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at Riverside Boulevard and East Park Avenue on June 17.

• Timothy O’Farrell, 26, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance at Magnolia Boulevard and West Beech Street on June 18.

• Denise Brazill, 26, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at East Park Avenue on June 19.

• Patricia ONeill, 23, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with violation of probation at Magnolia Boulevard on June 20.

• Christian Wallace, 28, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with theft of services at Long Beach Police Department headquarters on June 20.

• Rene Martinez, 31, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with an open bench warrant and an arrest warrant at Long Beach Plaza on East Park Avenue on June 31.

• James Waddell, 50, of Levittown was arrested and charged with an active bench warrant at LBPD headquarters on June 21.

• David Gutt, 58, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana at Laurelton Boulevard and West Walnut Street on June 21.

• Jenna Layton, 19, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with active bench warrants at East Fulton Street on June 21.

• Diana Varela, 21, of Howard Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at Delaware Avenue and West Beech Street on June 21.

• Michael Rosa, 22, of Oceanside was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at West Beech Street on June 23.

• Philip Aquila, 19, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at West Beech Street on June 23.

• Robert Peppers, 32, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property at East Park Avenue on June 24.
