Police Report: Arrests for Dog Nuisance, Disorderly Conduct, DWI

  • Alyssa Taylor, 22, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with false personation, taking an animal to a city-owned park, nuisance by a dog and no dog license at National Boulevard and West Pine Street on July 3.
  • Salvatore Nicolosi, 25, of Franklin Square was arrested and charged with driving while impaired by drugs at West Park Avenue on July 4.
  • Marni Hazan, 21, of Hewlett was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest at West Beech Street and Tennessee Avenue on July 4.
  • Joseph Ayers, 24, of Rocky Point was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at West Beech Street on July 4.
  • Brandon Ayers, 22, of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at West Beech Street on July 4.
  • Emily Restivo, 28, of Baldwin was arrested and charged with petit larceny at West Park Avenue on July 4.
  • Rasul Hikmatullah, 30, of Richmond Hill was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at West Beech Street and Nebraska Street on July 5.
  • Robert Goner, 49, of Atlantic Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident at Arizona Avenue and West Beech Street on July 6.
  • Cecil Weed, 23, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI at West Park Avenue and Park Place on July 7.
