Reminder: Nepal Earthquake Fundraiser Tonight at LBHS

Head to Long Beach High School tonight to support relief efforts in Nepal.

Long Beach High School is hosting a film festival Friday to raise money for relief efforts in Nepal.

The festival, set for 7 p.m., will feature a screening of “We Corner People” by documentary filmmaker Kesang Tseten that depicts an area struck by the April 25 earthquake.

Student short films that were recently honored will also be screened and the high school band is set to perform.

Admission is $5 per person.
