Time Running Out For Long Beach Parking Permits In LIRR Garage

LONG BEACH, NY — There's still for commuters to purchase parking permits for the Long Island Rail Road parking garage in Long Beach.

Yearly permits expire on June 30 and applications can be found on the city clerk's website.

Permits cost $250 for Long Beach residents and $300 for non-residents.

The clerk's office is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with extended hours until 7 p.m. on June 18 and June 25.

Bring a copy of your car registration, along with payment. To receive a permit by mail, send the application along with a check, copies of your car's registration and driver's license with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
