Victim Of E-Bike Crash In Long Beach Identified: Police

The 68-year-old man was struck while walking on April 11, police said.

LONG BEACH, NY — The victim of an E-bike crash has been identified by police.

Barry Spigner, 68, of Long Beach, was walking on East Park Avenue near Riverside Boulevard on the evening of April 11, when he was struck by E-bike, police said.

The victim, was was in critical condition, died a day later at a nearby hospital.

The 47-year-old male driver remained at the scene, police said.
