LONG BEACH, NY — There was a record home sale in Long Beach. The property at 36 New Hampshire St., was the highest price sold for an off-shore home of its size-- $1,275,000, according to the Coldwell Banker and listing agent Perry Pappas.
It was purchased at the end of December.
The new construction is 30 x 60 or 1,800 square feet. There are three levels featuring french white oak flooring throughout.
