“The LIAACC Delivery Grant is a strategic response to the challenges our small businesses face in the digital economy,” said Phil Andrews, President of LIAACC. “By combining reliable local delivery with focused marketing support, we’re helping minority-owned businesses reach more customers, grow revenue, and stay rooted on our Main Streets.”

Advancing the Goals of JumpSMART and Downtown Revitalization

The LIAACC Delivery Grant directly aligns with Suffolk County’s JumpSMART Small Business Downtown Investment Program, which was launched to strengthen the vibrancy of local downtowns using ARPA funding. The county dedicated tens of millions of dollars from its federal COVID-19 allocation to projects that support economic recovery, small business growth, and the long-term health of Main Street commercial districts.
