Nassau County Girl Victim Of Child Porn, Death Threats: Prosecutors

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — A girl from Nassau County was the victim of child pornography and death threats, federal prosecutors announced on Tuesday.

Over the past two years, 24-year-old Christian Brazoban is accused of online communications and video chatting with the victim, Breon Peace, US Attorney for the Eastern District of New York said.

Brazoban, who is from the Bronx, allegedly sent the girl images last month of child porn and sex abuse, according to the charges.

"As alleged, the defendant traumatized a child by sending her graphic images of child sexual abuse and then went even further in threatening to kill the child after she told him to stop," Peace said.

Court filings indicate Brazoban faces several charges. If convicted of the charges, Brazoban faces a mandatory minimum term of 5 years’ imprisonment and up to 20 years in prison.
