Reworld™, a leader in sustainable waste solutions, recently participated in an inspiring evening at Cena in Westbury, joining the community in support of Kevin Collins and the Westbury Boxing Club. The event, a fundraiser benefiting the Club, brought together around 100 attendees, including amateur and professional boxers who consider the Club their second home. As part of its support, Reworld™ contributed $7,500 to go towards the Club costs such as equipment and insurance, as they rely on donations to keep the service open for those who need it.

“It was a privilege to stand alongside so many dedicated individuals and leaders who recognize the value of the Westbury Boxing Club,” said Maureen Early, Lead Community Relations Specialist at Reworld™. “Kevin Collins and his team are making a tremendous difference in the lives of young people, and we’re honored to contribute to their continued success.”

The Westbury Boxing Club has been a cornerstone of the Village of Westbury and surrounding communities for over 30 years offering a safe and supportive environment. On an average night, 30 to 50 local youth and adults join the space to learn the sport of boxing. Managed by Kevin Collins and a dedicated team of volunteers, the Club is more than just a gym—it’s a vital community resource where young people, many of whom face challenges like bullying and frustration, can channel their energy positively and build discipline, confidence, and leadership skills.
