New Apartment Building Under Contruction Near Lynbrook Train Station

LYNBROOK, NY — An upscale apartment complex is coming to Lynbrook. Breslin Realty announced The Langdon is being built across the street from the Lynbrook train station.

Once completed, it will include 201 units and a fully covered parking garage. The building will also feature a health club, a dog run, a gaming room and a roof deck.

The Langdon will have studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, along a 1,800-square-foot cafe on Broadway.

Breslin Realty said that the mixed-use project is "breathing new life and vibrancy" into the former Mangrove Feather Factory and the surrounding downtown.
