• Man Who Hit, Killed Manorville Pedestrian After Drinking At Hampton Bays Bar Indicted: DA (patch.com) — A Manorville pedestrian was killed in August on County Road 111, and a Holtsville man has now been indicted on manslaughter and related charges in connection with the crash. Prosecutors say he had spent hours drinking in Hampton Bays, drove aggressively through the area, and later brought his damaged truck to a body shop instead of reporting the incident. He’s being held on bail and is due back in court in January.
