With locations in Garden City and Syosset we train over 2,000 children each week at every swim level from Beginner to Olympian. Long Island Swim School offers swim lessons for children ages 2 - 14years old. The main emphasis of our programs is to teach children to swim correctly and develop essential water skills in a relaxed environment. Both candidates for Nassau County Executive picked up major endorsements this week, with former President Bill Clinton throwing his support behind Tom Suozzi at a Great Neck fundraiser. Meanwhile, New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani is scheduled to publicly endorse County Executive Ed Mangano Thursday afternoon at a scheduled event in Bethpage. The Fire Marshal Benevolent Association is also slated to endorse Mangano at the event. In a poll released earlier this month, Mangano led Suozzi by a 52 percent to 35 percent margin. But polls failed to predict Mangano's upset victory over Suozzi in 2009, when Mangano stopped Suozzi's bid to serve a third term as county executive.
