If you're reading this on Sunday morning, some experts think your health is being endangered.

That's because Daylight Saving Time began at 2 a.m. Sunday. The annual changing of the clocks to "Spring forward" has taken place on the second Sunday in March in most US locations since 2007.

But the concept of adding additional daylight to early evening hours has been controversial.
