Saladino Holds Big Lead In Supervisor Re-Election Bid

Arnold Drucker has 57 percent of the vote in his legislative race.

PLAINVIEW, NY — Town of Oyster Bay Supervisor Joseph Saladino appears headed to victory for another term.

With 48 percent of the precincts reported, according to unofficial results from the Nassau Board of Elections, Saladino had 63 percent of the vote. His opponent, Jared Behr, a former prosecutor in the Suffolk County DA's office, held 36 percent.

In the race of the 16th Legislative District, incumbent Arnold Drucker led James Asmus, 57 percent to 42 percent.
