Feb. 13: Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday: Wednesday marks the beginning of the Christian season of Lent. There will be masses at St. Rose of Lima at 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.  Prayer services will be at noon, 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.  Masses at Our Lady of Lourdes will be at 6:45 a.m., 8:30 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Playtime: The Central Avenue Library will host a Meet and Greet Playtime event at 10 a.m. Parents can bring toddlers to the library and mingle. No registration is required.

Yoga: There will be a chair yoga class at the Bar Harbour Library that meets at 9 a.m. Pre-registration is required.

Mah Johnng: You can play the tile in the auditorium in Bar Harbour from noon to 3 p.m.

PAB: The Massapequa Planning Advisory Board meets at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, 54 Audrey Avenue in Oyster Bay.
