PTSA: The Massapequa Jr./Sr. PTSA will hold a meeting on responding, treating and Preventing opioid and prescription drug overdoses. It will be at the Ames Campus of Massapequa High School 

Chronic Pain: The Bar Harbour Library will be holding a workshop on coping with Chronic Pain at 1 p.m. with the help of the Pain Management Center of Syosset Hospital. Registration is required.  

Elder Law: Bar Harbour will also hold a presentation by an elder law attorney at 1 p.m. He will discuss Medicaid, Trusts and preserving equity in your home.

Swimming: Massapequa faces Cold Spring Harbour at Jericho High School at 4:45 p.m.
