LI Weather: Cold, Snowy Start To The Week, Then Comes Rain
The April showers are starting on day one this year. But it will get warmer as the week goes on.

LONG ISLAND, NY — Don't put your winter coats away just yet, because you're still going to need them. March is going to end cold and snowy, and it seems the April showers are going to start on day one.
Temperatures are going to be low at the start of the week, with some snow flurries Monday evening, the National Weather Service said. The high for Monday will hover around freezing.
Thankfully, temperatures are going to pick up as the week goes on. Tuesday will have a high around 40, and it will go up to 45 on Wednesday. However, as it gets warmer, some worse weather is rolling in.
