Long Island Weather: Rainy Week Ahead. Or Maybe Not.
There's a chance of rain every day this week, but the odds are more in favor of sun.

LONG ISLAND, NY — Long Island seems to be in store for a very rainy week. Or maybe not.
According to the National Weather Service, there's a chance of rain from Tuesday night all the way through Friday night. However, the chance is 50 percent, at best. The sun should be back in full by the weekend.
Regardless of the rain, temperatures are set to be pretty seasonable this week. Highs will be in the upper 70s during the day and drop into the mid-60s at night.
