Massapequa Crime Report: TOBAY Beach Arrest

A look at 7th Precinct Reports

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Assault/ DWI

On June 23, a Westbury man was  charged with assault and driving while intoxicated following an incident at TOBAY Beach, police said. He was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident with injury.

Grand Larceny

On June, 22 a motor was stolen from a boat on Peconic drive between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m., cops said.

Larceny from Auto

On June 24, a wallet was stolen from a vehicle parked in a driveway on Camp Road, police said. The theft occurred between 1:30 a.m. and 8 a.m.

On June 24, a van beloning to Marietta Heating and Plumbing was broken into and some tools were stolen, police said.


On June 17 a GPS was stolen from a vehicle parked on Greewich Avenue between 10: 30 p.m. the previous night and 7:45 a.m., cops said.

Bike Theft

On June12, a bike was stolen from a rack at the Massapequa LIRR station between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., police said.
