Massapequa Vet to Paddle Around NYC for Charity
A doctor from Massapequa Pet Vet is raising money and taking part in SEA Paddle NYC on Aug. 15.

A Massapequa veterinarian is gearing up to paddle 25 miles to raise money for environmental preservation and autism awareness.
Dr. Hillary Schilke, one of Massapequa Pet Vet’s doctors, is prepping for a board trip around New York City to riase money for SEA Paddle NYC 2015.
Events held by SEA Paddle have raised more than $1.8 million for autism research, awareness, and environmental conservation.

Schilke has her own page set up and is welcoming donations. She has raised $325 and is attempting to raise $1,000 for the event, which is set for Aug. 15.
