Oyster Bay Republicans Handily Win Reelection
The incumbent politicians easily defeated their challengers in Tuesdays elections.

OYSTER BAY TOWN, NY — Republicans in the Town of Oyster Bay easily won their reelection bids Tuesday night, defeating their Democratic challengers by wide margins in unofficial results.
At the top of the local ticket, Supervisor Joseph Saladino defeated challenger Amanda Field 45,056 to 17,913. Town Clerk Richard LaMarca also handily defeated his opponent, Carla Hoene, 42,515 to 19,465.
There were three seats open on the Town Council, and all three incumbent Republicans kept them. Michele Johnson, Louis Imbroto and Thomas Hand earned 41,801, 41,388 and 41,101 votes, respectively. They each earned more than double their closest challenger. Democrats Lisa Reinhardt, Nicky Kaur and Reema Rasool earned 20,147, 18,866 and 18,831 votes, respectively.
