Brookhaven Unveils School Supplies Drive
Multiple drop-off locations in place in Medford and surrounding areas.

The Brookhaven Town Youth Bureau has kicked off its INTERFACE Back to School Supply Drive today by opening two donation bins in Medford and throughout Brookhaven Town.
Supervisor Ed Romaine announced the program at Town Hall, and other donation drop boxes will be scattered throughout the town for the entire month of August.
The INTERFACE Back to School Supply Drive encourages residents to donate items such as pens, calculators, backpacks, notebooks, lunch boxes, folders, glue, binders and more.
According to a statement from the town, the collected supplies will be distributed to needy families so school-aged children will be fully prepared when they return to the classrooms in September.
