A Patchogue woman forged a prescription for Oxycodone and tried to fill it at a Plainview pharmacy, police said.

Adriana Binetti, 29, gave a pharmacist a prescription for oxycodone at Medisource Pharmacy on Old Country Road  on April 11, police said.

The prescription was allegedly changed  from 90 pills to 120 pills and the pharmacist discovered this and alerted police.

Binetti was arrested Wednesday and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.
