Anger For Roosevelt Teacher Reinstatement After Racist Symbols: Report
The teacher is accused of displaying nooses in her classroom three years ago, News 12 said.

ROOSEVELT, NY β A protest was held in opposition to a Roosevelt teacher, accused of displaying racist symbols in the classroom, News 12 reported.
Residents, who turned out are against the teacher being reinstated, News 12 said.
The tenured teacher, according to the report, went before an impartial hearing officer and ruled for her to return to work in the Roosevelt Union Free School District.

The teacher is alleged to have displayed a noose inside a classroom as part of a collage in 2019 at Roosevelt Middle School, News 12 said.
