Crime Report: Dina Lohan Pleads Not Guilty, Road Rage Incident
The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department; it does not indicate a conviction.
- On Sept. 17, an unknown suspect stole a cell phone from a display at Verizon Wireless.Â
- Rodney Selman, 42, of Merrick was charged with assault due to a road rage incident in which  he left a man with injuries to his face and leg.Â
- On Sept. 24, Dina Lohan, mother of actress Lindsay Lohan, pleaded not guilty to a Sept. 12 driving while intoxicated charge and was granted a supervised release, according to reports.
- A heavy fire that started at house on Sutton Place on Sept. 24, left a firefighter with injuries after part of the roof collapsed on his head. Authorities deemed the fire non-suspicious.Â
