  • On Aug. 23, a person sent moony via Western Union to an unknown caller claiming to be from the government.
  • A Camp Avenue School student was approached by a stranger on Sept. 10, according to a message sent by the North Merrick School District.
  • A Calhoun High School student reported that she was followed home by a man in a white mini-van on Sept. 11.
