Crime Report: Police Seek Suspects, Man Dies After Car Crash
The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department; it does not indicate a conviction.
- Authorities are seeking the public's help in identifying two subjects who allegedly tried to make a fraudulent purchase with a stolen credit card.
- On Nov. 14, a  judge has ordered the owners of East Meadow's Colony Diner, cousins Tassos Strifas of Merrick and George Strifas, to pay $338,000 to dozens of employees they intentionally underpaid.Â
- John Dabney, 25, of Freeport, died after he crashed his car on Sunrise Highway at Lansdowne Avenue on Nov. 16.
- On Nov. 16, a rock was thrown at a window of a house on Nancy Boulevard.Â
