2. A swimmer from Wantagh set two state swimming records while competing with Sacred Heart University. Cavan Gormsen won the 200 freestyle in an All-American time of 1:45.92 and beat her own state record in the 500 freestyle with a 4:40.73. (Subscription: Newsday)
