The vacant property that housed to a spa at 1815A Merrick Ave. is not close to getting a tenant, Anita Bachrach of Douglas Elliman Real Estate told Patch.
She said that there has been interest in the property, which sits near Maximum Fitness and Aces Wines & Spirits, but the client with the most interest operates a seasonal business that wouldn't be applicable until springtime.
