  1. News 12 Long Island report that a 21-year-old man was shot while driving on Geraldine Avenue at around 11 a.m. in North Amityville on Friday. He survived and was transferred to the hospital. (News 12)
  2. Irving's is a new pastrami sandwich store that opened in Farmingdale in late October. A previous location in Woodbury closed this summer. The new shop is at 180 Merritts Road in South Farmingdale. (Daily Voice)
  3. The Daily Voice writes that a fourth person has been arrested for the Freeport murder of James Diamond, from Long Beach. Anyibel Madera, age 23, of Freeport, was charged with conspiracy and criminal facilitation for her role. (Daily Voice)
