- Long Island Press checks out The Book Fairies, a Freeport-based nonprofit that just celebrated 3 million books donated with the Long Island Nets. (Long Island Press)
- ABC News looks at how Nassau County is starting a new campaign to encourage booster shots. Weekly clinics and pop-up events will offer either Moderna or Johnson & Johnson boosters. 95 percent of adults in Nassau County have had at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose. (WABC-TV)
