  1. An argument over closing a bedroom window led to a knife attack in Massapequa on Wednesday night. Santiago Real, 49, was arguing with a 55-year-old man about keeping open a window and Real slashed the other man with a small knife, hitting him in the nose, upper arm and chest. (Patch)
  2. Acting Nassau County District Attorney Joyce Smith announced that her office will not press charges against former Gov. Andrew Cuomo for allegedly harassing a female state trooper at an event at Belmont Park in 2019. (Patch)
  3. America's largest online used-car seller, with multistory "car vending machines," purchased 1.9 acres of land in Garden City to build a Carvana Customer Center. Carvana paid $9.7 million for the site, on North Avenue. (Subscription: Newsday)
