According to Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) Storm Center Outage Map, 142 customers are currently without power in Merrick.
More than 100 of those are in North Merrick, with the most affected near the Merrick Avenue and Jerusalem Avenue intersection.
There's also outages near Sunrise Highway and along the southern tip of Merrick.The estimated time of restoration is between 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
