• Road Rage Incident Escalates to Violence and Shooting in Orange County (hudsonvalleypost.com) — A Middletown man was critically injured after an alleged road-rage confrontation in nearby Wawayanda ended with an off-duty Kingston police officer firing his gun. State Police from the Middletown barracks and City of Middletown Police assisted at the scene, and investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to contact State Police Middletown as the case remains open.
