4 Accused Of Having Illegal Drugs After Search In Poughkeepsie
One of the four was also accused of having a loaded illegal handgun.

DUTCHESS COUNTY, NY — Four city of Poughkeepsie residents were accused of having illegal drugs after search warrants were executed.
The Dutchess County Drug Task Force said it’s been actively investigating the sale of fentanyl and crack cocaine in the county.
As a result of the investigation, two search warrants were executed by the task force with the assistance of the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Unit.

During a search Tuesday, a loaded illegal handgun was seized as well as a large quantity of fentanyl and crack cocaine.
The following people who live in the city of Poughkeepsie were arrested as a result of the search warrants:

- Phillip Stephens: charged with criminal possession of a weapon, loaded firearm, and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies
- William Moore: felony warrant held by the New York State Police
- Marisol Rivera: felony warrant held by the New York State Police
- Michelle Butler: felony warrant held by the New York State Police
Stephens is being held by the task force pending his arraignment in City of Poughkeepsie Court Tuesday.
All other people were turned over to the agencies holding warrants of arrest.
