Coke, Fentanyl Dealer Nabbed In Drug Task Force, SWAT Sting: DA
A sawed-off pistol grip shotgun was found in his home, at the time of his arrest, according to the Dutchess County District Attorney.

TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A Dutchess County man is facing felony charges after a raid at a Poughkeepsie home.
The Dutchess County District Attorney's Office announced that after a yearlong investigation into drug sales and drug activity at the High View Estates, in the Town of Poughkeepsie, the Drug Task Force arrested a resident.

The Drug Task Force said they identified 41-year-old Luke M. Grady as being involved in the sales of dangerous drugs. Agents were able to purchase narcotics on several occasions from him in the Town of Poughkeepsie, according to police.

On Wednesday, Drug Task Force agents, assisted by Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Emergency Service Unit (SWAT), executed a warrant at Grady's residence and arrested him.
At the time of his arrest, a sawed-off pistol grip shotgun was secured from the residence, according to authorities.

Grady was charged with felony third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. The DA's Office says that he is facing additional charges that may be presented to a grand jury in the future.
Grady was taken to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office for processing, and then later moved to the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department until his arraignment. He was then released by the Town of Poughkeepsie Justice Court.
They say that agents "will aggressively pursue those individuals who target vulnerable community members by selling narcotics and dangerous drugs."
